Guest Post & Pickle Spears

Today I have a guest post for you, my younger sister Nikki is here again to share with you another delicious recipe she has made (here is her first guest post).

Pickle Spears


Ingredients:
4-5 large pickles
1 Egg
1/2 cup flour
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Garlic Aoili :
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 clove glaric, minced
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp parsley

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°C

Slice pickles into quarters.


Put flour and bread crumbs in two separate small bowls.
Beat egg in another small bowl; set aside.
Coat pickle spears in flour mixture, shaking off excess flour.


Dip pickle in egg; 


Roll in bread crumbs. 


Repeat with remaining pickles. 
Place spears on a baking sheet and cook until golden brown.
