Get Inspired- Painted Kitchen Cabinets

An excellent way to improve your kitchens appearance without spending a fortune on replacing the cabinets is to paint them! Here are some great inspiring painted kitchen cabinets...

I love the idea of adding the colour to the cabinets in a pantry closet.

A popular thing in kitchens is to have the island a different colour than the perimeter cabinets. In this kitchen they did that but painted the island and the oven vent a light green. It really adds a pop of colour to the space and breaks up all of the white.

I love this colour! The charcoal gray looks so good on kitchen cabinets....I think I want to do that in my next house.

Another common thing you see in kitchens is to paint the top cabinets one colour and the bottom in another colour.... In this kitchen they did white ontop and a nice vibrant red on the bottom. Only doing the bottom cabinets is a great way to add some interest to your cabinets with out going over board with red.

I love how this kitchen has the painted cabinets on the perimeter and they left the island in a nice wood finish instead of painting it the same or different colour.

All a kitchen needs sometimes is a new paint colour and add some new knobs and you have a whole new looking kitchen!

All of these designs have their own personality. Here, you have a room that defines luxury and elegance, and a room that has calm and soothing atmosphere. These designs demonstrate a very balanced color combination, and a good lighting atmosphere, achieving a more modern look. 2 to 3 types of colors should be enough to color a room to look like these. Choose those that fit your personality to make it feel more “you”.

This kitchen photoset is compelling, indeed! “Choose those that fit your personality to make it feel more ‘you’“- I agree with you, Anselm. This way, you’ll be more comfortable doing your kitchen chores.

These are really cool ideas! Sometimes, it’s just really up to the play of colors. It would also depend on how each color would complement each other in a certain room. Also, the lighting plays a part in improving a room’s aesthetics.
